Our goal is to increase the number of female board members in Danish corporate life, from 30,000 to 60,000, out of a total of 140,000 seats.
One way to achieve this is through our development program 'Towards Top 1000', designed to foster more female participation in top management.
Female leaders with outstanding career potential are sponsored by their companies into our development program, and into hands-on positions at advisory boards and boards of companies with high-growth potential.
Candidates gain a whole new approach to leadership through working with boards, improving their own performance, and expanding what is possible in their sponsor company.
